Why Low Moisture?
Traditional steam cleaning can leave carpets wet for an extended period. ShineCo Cleaning's low-moisture system is designed to provide deep cleaning without over-wetting, helping reduce the risk of shrinkage, browning, mildew and colour bleeding.
Step 1
Pre-Cleaning Inspection
We inspect the carpet before cleaning to identify areas that need special attention.
Step 2
HEPA Vacuuming
We thoroughly vacuum the carpet using commercial equipment with a HEPA filter.
Step 3
Pre-Spray & Grooming
A soil-releasing pre-spray is applied and worked into the carpet to help loosen embedded dirt.
Step 4
Low-Moisture Carpet Combing
Our patented low-moisture process works foam through the carpet fibres while removing dirt and debris.
Step 5
Final Grooming & Inspection
The carpet is groomed and inspected to ensure the job is complete.
Step 6
Furniture Protection
When needed, fabric guards are placed beneath furniture legs while the carpet dries.

We begin by thoroughly vacuuming the upholstery with commercial HEPA-filter equipment.

A specially selected pre-spray helps loosen dirt from the surface and below.

Gentle Cleaning
Gentle brushes work through the surface while foam and suction help extract dirt from below.

Fast Drying
Upholstery surfaces are typically dry within two hours.

A pre-oil cleaner helps separate built-up oil and dirt from the surface.
